So, here I am, less than a month away from the Washington Youth Summit for the Environment summer camp and sooooo excited! I literally can't wait! This is supposed to be a blog devoted entirely to recording my experiences at this camp, so for the week of June 22-28, I should be pretty busy here! For those of you who have deigned to read my other blog, you know I have sworn to represent the truth as best as possible. I just wanted to throw that out again, even though that isn't quite as important here since this blog's true lifespan is about a week!
For anyone interested in the basics of the camp, you can google the name of the summer camp as listed above. It looks to be a ton of fun, but naturally, I would be the one to sign up for the somewhat nerdy, tree-hugger camp that is jam-packed with all this stuff to do and looks to be exhausting. Sounds like me, right?
I am discovering that preparation for this is somewhat more annoying than expected. I get that preparation makes everything run smoothly and all, I really do get it. Frankly, this paperwork sucks, even though it is online paperwork. This blog is actually part of that prep, and is gonna take me a while probably.
Well, before I sound any more not like myself with false cheeriness and optimism, I shall sign off and leave you all who are reading this to waste your time with something far better than this!
